As a student nurse who has also volunteered for many opportunities to work with children including special needs children, I have the understanding to properly engage with them to help them learn in fun and interactive ways.

I have the patience to understand that everyone is different and that students will learn at different speeds and in different ways, so I will have a tailored teaching approach to meet the needs of each individual student. I will also teach in an encouraging way that makes learning fun for the student whiles inspiring them to improve further.

I have good communication skills to be able to break down more complex concepts into simple and easy to comprehend steps.

I have a deep understanding of Maths and have good knowledge of all the different concepts I will be teaching. I am committed to continuing learning and further my knowledge to best help my students when necessary.

I have a genuine passion for caring and helping children learn. My experiences have given me the necessary skills I need to tutor children in the best way.
