I like to you a variety of learning aids for example the classic i speak you listen is helpful for many however i also like to switch it up and use visual aids in the forms of mind map's/interactive flashcards etc. I also find watching videos is useful aswell.
At the end of lessons a reflection and sometimes quiz is used to see how much the student has learnt
