As a young child, I hated reading. I hated books of any kind, until I found the right books, and then refused to put them down. I excelled in class with the ability of finding things that suited me, and gave me inspiration to bestow that knowledge upon others who also struggled. I spent my younger years teaching SEN students how to read and write comfortably with techniques that was tailored to each individual.
As someone with a disability, there is no greater joy in life than inspiring happiness and allowing someone to progress comfortably within certain subjects. Instead of focusing on grades and numbers, I give fundamental skills that last for a lifetime.
A first session is offered for free, allowing me to learn about needs and goals for the future, and what potential steps we can take together in order for you to reach those goals. Whether you need things visually, mentally or physically, I hand craft worksheets that allow you to open up that creative mind and learn the fundamental skills of the English Language.
In terms of qualifications, after I found a great passion within reading, I went on to study English Literature, and whilst my actual higher education diploma is in Art and Design, I've always been fond of the ability to teach others and help find a way forwards for everyone to succeed in life.
