In my lessons, we’ll be using lots of active recall to create solid foundation to grow upon when it comes to exam techniques. Some examples of this include: whiteboard ‘brain dumps’, pretending to teach people about the subject, making rhymes to remember tricky content amongst other methods. After using all of these methods myself for my A-Levels, I went from BDD to A*AA in my final exams as I truly believed I had revised in some of the best ways possible. Further to this, I still had time to do the things I love, like playing music and playing netball; it’s all about working smarter and not harder. In our sessions, we can also practice a healthy work-life balance too as this will be something that is vital to doing well and having a happy life overall.
