Ella Dorman

Hello! I’m Ella and I am a second year Politics and Philosophy student at Cardiff University.

Growing up, I struggled to engage in the classroom and it wasn’t until I began reading regularly that I discovered my love for learning and writing.

Through tutoring I will help students strive for that moment of satisfaction when understanding something new and provide a fresh and supportive perspective during stressful times. I have experience of teaching dance to students in years 7-9, running a beginners photography workshop to sixth form students, formal tutoring with GCSE English Language students and informal tutoring with siblings.

I tutor in English Language GCSE. At A Level I achieved 4 A*s including essay subjects English Language-Literature and Sociology.

I am available Monday afternoon/evening, Tuesday evening, Thursday evening and some weekends.
