I have significant experience in education and tutoring both 1:1 and in group settings. Both from my experience as Chair of Youth Lead the Change - an independent student organization offering leadership conferences worldwide - and as a Politics Instructor for Harvard Student Agencies, I have copious experience with curriculum development, teaching socio-emotional skills, and creating a fun and engaging work environment via Zoom!

In addition to this more formalized work experience, I also have tutored students in a variety of subjects, including writing (creative writing, science writing, college applications, etc), English, math, singing, history, etc – as well as coaching students in a variety of different sports.

Also, my work as a mental health supporter for those struggling with anxiety and depression demonstrates the value I place on extending empathy, compassion, and care to others: these sentiments heavily inform my teaching style and how I prioritize building and maintaining strong relationships with students to create a positive learning environment.

All in all, I have a love of, experience in, and command of teaching students online in both 1:1 and larger group settings, and doing so in a way that gets them excited about learning. I cannot wait to begin working with you!
