My name is Ella, I am twenty-three, and have an academic background in English, with a degree in English Literature and a Master's in Creative and Critical Writing. I want to use the skills I have developed through my studies and recent work as an English Teacher to help students build confidence and excel in their English studies, whether it be literature, language, or writing skills.

What I Offer:

- Engaging and varied lesson plans, customised to specific learning styles. The model I use for my lessons (that I adapt for individuals) includes sharing what we have been reading or writing, recall, letting the student teach, silent work, plenaries, quick-fire quizzes and short games.

- Creative writing tasks. These allow you to better understand what is being studied, develop your individual voice, and carry those writing skills into your own writing outside of school, if that's something you're interested in. My writing has been published, so I can help make you an exceptional creative writer.

- Writing support with essay structuring and, as stated above, creative writing.

- In-depth literature analysis of texts, themes and characters to improve comprehension and analytical skills.

- Exam preparation, sharing strategies for tackling exams, including practice questions and developing effective revision methods.
