In my first year, I boosted student’s GCSE English achievement by 80%; this progress has been sustained every year. My roles are:
• Develop and manage scheme of work for KS4 English Language and Literature, and regularly customise learning goals to align with individual needs.
• Create learning materials and facilitate presentations.
• Keep track of learners’ data and perform assessment of learning progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate 1:1 and group activities to meet learning goals.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons based on students’ Individual Education Program, and in line with the scheme of work.
• Manage inappropriate behaviour effectively and consistently ensured a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Keep careful records of students’ progress, in line with school policies.
