I am honest and sensitive person with a huge passion in teaching role and I am very please to illustrate how teaching is a mission for me. My passion started when I was six years old. My father was an amazing secondary teacher for forty years. One time I saw him during a lessons and I was fascinated by his passion and how students were fascinated too. When I started University I realized that teaching was my path. The experiences in my childhood and the education that I have received are treasure not only for me but for my students as well. I think is very important transmit your passion to the students. I have been a teacher for many years in Italy but when I moved in UK I decided to explore the Support role. I worked as TA for four years in both special need school and mainstream school. It was amazing experience that enriched my knowledge and my teaching philosophy. Work as a support staff is a great opportunity to learn how to help students to believe in their skills and how to build up their academy future. I am currently working as Maths Lecturer in the College. I have a long experience in both side of the teaching work, as a learning support and as a teacher. I can understand students academic problems and help them to find a solution. . In my work experience I have learnt to be inquisitive and I am currently use this method in my maths lesson. Students like to be involve in lesson and they like learn not just from the theory but from the real experience. They need to feel involve into the learning process and the learning process needs to be dynamic and fun. I am very friendly person and I like to work in a team and sharing ideas and education strategies to support students to achieve their goals. I like to explore and develop my skills. I can offer to the school all my knowledge, my wide and deep work experience.
