Elijah Igbo

I am an experienced tutor of one year who teaches individuals aged 12-18 in geography, maths and science. Geography is my specialist subject as I studied it for A-level and at university, achieving a Bachelors degree in the field giving me the ability to teach anybody no matter their current academic level. My other two A-Levels were maths and chemistry providing me the ability to train any student in KS3 and below.

I Utilise technologies such as Microsoft powerpoint in my tutoring sessions to create lessons which are diverse and enhance learning, as I believe that visual methods of teaching are more beneficial than simply reading out of a text book.

As a tutor my role is to help all those who need extra support in their academic journey so I make it my mission to support all students in reaching and surpassing their curriculum goals with tailored coaching style that all students benefit from whilst also providing exam preparation services for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Plus, I demonstrate effective revision and essay writing strategies with students.
