In my experience working as an apprentice in 2 previous primary school I have found that all students learn in a completely different way.
I can offer PowerPoint lessons, working together to take lessons step by step and page by page.

I also like to involve videos depending on if that is what the individual learns best from as I feel showing these videos and pausing to adapt and build upon them can always be very beneficial.

If I get given prior knowledge upon a subject or general topics I can always plan a PowerPoint to present and find videos I’ve previously used or new ones.

Building a relationship with the children so that they trust my teaching and having the belief in my teaching to know that I will assist them in any way I can to develop their knowledge and aid them in anyway possible.


I always like to begin my lessons with a recap of what we have worked upon previously, normally with general questions and I will sometimes apply some questions for them to begin with as a brain warm up.
