Hey I’m Eleanor!

This is what you can expect from my lessons:

First lesson:

I’ll give you some maths questions on different topics and see which topics you struggle with or are already great at! (No need to worry about getting any right, we’re here to learn!).

Usual lessons:

Using what I found in our first lesson I will go over topics that you struggle with and make sure you feel confident in them.

You might even get a reward when you finish learning a topic!

I have experience working as a teaching assistant at a weekend tuition program for students under 11 years old, as well as temporarily in a primary school with reception children. During my time at each of these places I learned how to interact with children in a way that would keep their attention and ensure an environment where each child can learn effectively.

In my free time I have motivated myself to pursue hobbies such as baking, practising piano, composing piano pieces, drawing and painting and becoming more fluent in the Spanish language.

I am self-motivated, creative and I am eager to take on criticism to help myself improve.
