I base my teaching around the student's needs and ways of learning. My lessons are interactive and engaging. I like to do various tasks to test for learning and understanding.
Before even embarking on the teaching, I like to find out as much as possible about my learners and the ways they like to learn. Then we set SMART goals together. Each target met is then rewarded.
