At every lesson, we would simply focus on one or two rules. We understand the context, then proceed with intensive examples using different sources and illustration to target different senses (visual, auditorial). This way the lesson will be well comprehended and memorable.

Past Simple Tense
Rules:
For Simple sentence: Subject + Verb + Object + Rest of the sentence
For negative sentence: Subject + Did not + Verb + Object + Rest of the sentence
For interrogative sentence: Did +Subject + Verb + Object + Rest of the sentence + ?

Subject can be: I, you, we they, he , she, it.
Verb in past tense can be: regular (infinitive verb+ed), or irregular.

Example:
- She drank water.
verb: drank (irregular, past tense of "drink").
subject: she.
object: water.
