I like to use the first lesson to get to know the students and understand their needs. I like to cater each lesson to the individual and constantly ask for feedback from them to see what is working and what can be improved. Having been a tutor for three years I understand that everyone learns in a different way and therefore do no use the same teaching method with everyone student. However, I mainly concentrate on listening, reading, speaking, writing and grammar.
