I am a dynamic and result-oriented ESL instructor with 15 years of expertise in teaching ESL courses at all levels, employing various frameworks. I am passionate about creating engaging and interactive lessons that foster student engagement and promote language proficiency at all levels. In addition to that I am dedicated and proactive commitment to assisting students to achieve their language learning goals, providing them with the language and communication skills they need to succeed in academic and professional settings, as well as enhancing cultural awareness. Indeed, I worked at two international schools from 2007 to 2009. Then I have been working at Nahda University since 2010. I always create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the students' needs from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, design and deliver lesson plans that meet the needs of the specific group of students enrolled in the course.
Moreover, I design effective customized lesson plans that cater to each student's unique learning style, incorporating experiential learning techniques that engage and motivate students to achieve language fluency and learning objectives.
I provide support and guidance to students outside of class time, including office hours and online communication.
I also provide supplemental in-class and co-operative ESL hand outs and to effectively meet the needs of each student’s learning style.
Furthermore, I prepare exams and quizzes to evaluate students' progress in learning the English Language by conducting in-depth assessments of students' learning styles,
maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress,
collaborate with colleagues to develop new teaching materials and strategies,
assist students to develop their academic writing skills, including research, organization, and citation.
I ,additionally, evaluate student progress, provide feedback on areas where improvement is needed, encourage students to participate in class discussions, group activities, and other collaborative learning experiences.
