The format I use is dynamic, in which the student is the main actor with 90% active participation. I give main vocabulary per lesson, sentences to explain grammar with practical examples. Pronunciation practice with reading aloud. Tasks and evaluation with questions.
There is a role play that allows the student to personalize figures shown and participate with questions and answers at first and then basic conversations. The structure and grammar is progressive according to the student's level of progress.
The questions are not only in the first and second person but also in the third person singular and plural to have an exact understanding of the verb conjugations. The examples are playful and the student is constantly challenging himself with new vocabulary and grammatical tools.
