For feedback I use WWW's (what went well) and EBI's (Even Better If) to showcase your progress and the next steps to improvement.
I am constructive and fair, highlighting strengths so we can navigate around initial weaknesses. Positive reinforcement is the way to go.

While I'm helping you, I believe this is a collaborative process and want you to meet me halfway. I am always open to hear your feedback and anyway I can make English more accessible and enjoyable for you.
