After more than 3,000 hours of teaching, tutoring and coaching students from all over the world, of varying levels of aptitude and with myriad reasons for wanting to improve their English, I have discovered that knowing the student - their motives, their preferences and their learning style, outlook and attitude - is just as important as knowing the subject you are teaching. So my methodology has ranged from structured, material-based lessons to more organic, open sessions exploring areas in-depth to ensure the student achieves total comprehension and competency, all depending on individual needs and preferences established early on in the lessons. I always aim to find out what makes my student tick, where they want to improve and the quickest way to achieve these goals. I have many commendations from students past and present that attest to my abilities and skills as a language coach. I have specialist experience in English for IELTS, English for OET Medicine and English for Negotiation. I would also like to help UK students with their GCSE-level English Language and English Literature with personal tuition and coaching for exams / coursework.
