I got a tap around 2am one morning when I was around 14 years of age, it was my late dad trying to wake me up. As soon as I woke up, he asked me to state, "Newtons second law of motion" and I struggled to state the whole thing correctly. He smiled, gave me a forehead kiss and asked me to go back to sleep. That week he thought me how to understand the laws, their mathematical as well as real life...

That week he thought me how to understand the laws, their mathematical as well as real life application in the most sublime and simplest of ways so much that I will be able to state any of the laws at any given any time for the rest of my life.

That is what I offer my students, a chance to understand mathematical principles in the simplest of ways so much that the mystical aura surrounding mathematics is forever overcome by them.
