Working as a chef for a few good years now I’m really good at teaching people and helping people to find their way around the kitchen and also to find their style.
I’ve worked with great chefs and cooked for very well known people such as Footballers, Club coaches and F1 race drivers.
Providing everything from simple dishes to very complex fine dining dishes.
With my teaching I’m aiming to help everyone fall in love with cookie and find their passion for this art.
