Experience: With over 10+ years of experience in coaching and education, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that allows me to connect with clients and students on multiple levels. My qualifications include:

Life Coaching Certification: Training in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and goal-setting strategies.

Boxing/ Mixed Martial arts Coaching Certification:
Extensive knowledge and experience of boxing & Mixed Martial Arts techniques, fitness training, and mental conditioning.

English Language and Literature Tutor:
Currently completing a Law with Politics degree. I have a strong foundation in language and literature arts, enabling me to teach reading, writing, and critical thinking effectively.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse clientele, including athletes, students, and professionals, helping them to overcome challenges, enhance their skills, and achieve their personal and academic goals.

My coaching philosophy centres on the belief that each individual possesses inherent potential waiting to be unlocked. I strive to create a supportive, challenging, and engaging environment that encourages self-discovery and growth. I emphasise the importance of resilience, accountability, and continuous learning, guiding my clients to embrace their journeys with confidence.

Lesson Structures: Life Coaching
Format: Life coaching sessions are typically one-on-one, lasting [30-mins 1hr] conducted weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the client's needs. I utilise a structured yet flexible approach, adapting to the evolving goals and challenges of each individual.

Content and Dynamics:
1.Initial Assessment: The coaching journey begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. This involves a detailed questionnaire and a discussion of the client's aspirations and challenges.

2. Goal-Setting: Collaboratively, we set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals. This process empowers clients to articulate their visions and formulate actionable steps.

3. Exploration and Strategy Development: Each session focuses on exploring specific challenges and developing strategies to address them. Techniques such as visualisation, journaling, and role-playing are employed to deepen self-awareness and enhance problem-solving skills.

4. Progress Review: We regularly review progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust goals as necessary, fostering a sense of accountability and motivation.

Boxing/ Mixed Martial Arts Coaching:

Format: Boxing lessons are designed to be highly interactive, with a duration of [30 mins 1hr 90mins] per session. I cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced fighters, ensuring that each session is appropriately challenging.

Content and Dynamics:
1. Warm-Up and Conditioning: Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up to enhance flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, followed by conditioning exercises targeting strength, agility, and endurance.

2. Technique Training: We focus on fundamental techniques, including footwork, punches, defensive manoeuvres, and combinations. I demonstrate each technique, followed by guided practice, ensuring that students understand the mechanics and application.

3. Sparring and Strategy: For more advanced students, controlled sparring sessions are incorporated to build confidence and tactical awareness. I provide real-time feedback and analysis to help students refine their skills and strategies.

4. Mental Resilience: I integrate mental conditioning techniques, such as visualisation and positive affirmations, to enhance focus and resilience in the ring and in life.

English Tutoring.
Format: English tutoring sessions are structured to meet individual learning goals, typically lasting [1hr-90mins ] occurring weekly. I utilise a variety of formats to engage students, including one-on-one sessions and small group discussions.

Content and Dynamics:
1. Assessment and Goal Setting: The tutoring journey begins with an assessment of the student’s current proficiency level and learning objectives, whether improving conversational skills, academic writing, or literary analysis.

2. Engaging Materials: Lessons incorporate a diverse range of texts, including contemporary literature, classic works, and multimedia resources. I select materials that resonate with students' interests to foster engagement and motivation.

3. Interactive Learning Activities: Each session includes a mix of discussions, writing exercises, vocabulary building, and grammar practice. I employ techniques such as Socratic questioning to encourage critical thinking and analysis.

4. Feedback and Reflection: Constructive feedback is provided throughout the learning process, with opportunities for self-reflection and growth. We review assignments together, discussing strengths and areas for improvement to build confidence and mastery.
