My name is Edie and I am a Business and Economics teacher.
I am very passionate about my subjects and feel they are not just interesting, but extremely relevant in all areas of work. I can`t wait to share my enthusiasm with you.
I studied for my teaching qualification at The University of Manchester, UK, and since then have worked in a range of educational settings, from an international private school in Wales, to an education centre for a British Ski team based in Austria. For the last 4 years I've taught at a fully online high school, therefore am extremely experienced in teaching in an online setting, with proven results.
In addition to classroom teaching I am also an exam board examiner, therefore know exactly how to hit the top grades. I look forward to working with you in order for you achieve excellent grades in your exams.
The use of technology in education has always been of particular area of interest to me, I regularly complete additional training and research in this area. I have been awarded the position of Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) as a result of my purposeful inclusion of technology within the classroom.
