I've over 20 years working in the tech industry and non profit space. I'm a mental health advocater and I'm passionate about leadership, coaching and mentoring. I'm a certified coach and currently upskilling as a coach with Neuroscience. I believe in looking at the whole person, head, heart and gut and helping people find their path through what's in them. I'm obsessed with learning and love to grow and learn from others.
