I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations with concentration in International Relations. I am currently attending Richmond, American University in London to achieve a Master's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations. I also am a federal contractor as a Cleared American Guard and worked in Tel Aviv, Israel and Ankara, Turkey. I have a very basic knowledge of Croatian from my 3 years of residing in Zagreb. I also was born in Bakau, The Gambia, although I departed the nation when I was just one years old. Having an upbringing within an immigrant household allowed me to gain early life experience with having to live in various cultures at once. Upon my high school graduation I began my service in the United States Marine Corps, where I gained much experience being stationed in different cultures. Due to this experience I learned great teaching methods to train others in not just combat tactics, but also classes on sexual harassment, alcoholism and sleep deprivation. I also gained a great deal of empathy for others by living within different countries even after departing the Marine Corps. I resided in Prague, Czech Republic for 3 years, and my time there further increased my experience with international communication. I can contribute these life lessons to my teaching methods and greatly contribute.
