I am a Childhood Education Professional with 14years of teaching and assessing students to help them achieve their potentials and qualifications. I am passionate about my profession and love my students to feel the same way. To ensure that students develop interest and acquire basic employability skills, I have to use different pedagogical strategies to support their learning and monitor their progress such as carrying out initial diagnostic assessments,tutorials, discussions. I am empathic and l also listen to students views involve them in making decisions thereby taking responsibilities for their actions.
