I follow national curriculum guidelines. Depending on students school and level. I find resources relevant to the examining boards and teach according to what is expected.

Instead of a broad term I show effective learning to achieve the best results. Helping understand what type of questions need what type of answers. Whether it is few sentences or a paragraph worth answer.
Setting individual targets, I help and ensure the student to pick up on techniques to aquire independent learning. This is something extensively taught in private schools.
I help advance level students to excel further and simplify Special needs individuals for alternative routes, for example by reading to some students or providing background guidance of videos or lectures.
I believe practice and familiarisation of exam materials is key to getting best results along with knowledge, however some students can find this difficult to comprehend and can go off the topic resulting on lost marks.
I can help support university application and give career guidance as I have very good networking skills of people from all walks of life. I can help build confidence for pupils who can easily get distracted or loose interest. I help them understand their full potential and show easier ways to overcome challenges in education and work.
