Duncan Macrae

After graduating from my Bachelors in Edinburgh I worked as a language assistant in a secondary school. I received great feedback on my lessons, and through creativity and hard work made fun lessons and saw great improvement in my pupils language levels. Now as a Masters student in my final year, I have been giving online language classes to a variety of levels. I tailor my classes to your needs, and have seen great improvement in my pupils thus far.

I have a passion for languages which I love to share. As well as having studied languages for many years, I have lived and travelled in various countries, including France, Italy, Mexico and Germany.

Languages have opened many doors for me and I mould my teaching so that it may do so for you too.
My classes are online with a mix of learning vocabulary, reading exercises, and oral practice. I like to include my students' interests in my activities whether that be sport, cinema or politics. And of course, I like to include games and songs so that the teaching stays fun, keeping a balance with the necessary learning and practicing of grammar.

I personally did Scottish Highers and Advanced Highers (French and Spanish), but am familiar with A-levels, and can equally research the specificities of any other qualification.
