SELF EMPLOYED MUSIC TEACHER October 2015 - Present
Responsible for delivering effective lessons that lead to the engagement of students in all ability ranges

Duties:
• Finding out basic note (Sa) of a student
• Teaching students starting note (Sa) of an octave
• Teaching them full octave (Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, Dha, Ni, Sa)
• Teaching minor (komal) notes and major (tivra) note
• Teaching 10 Thaats in Hindustani classical music
• Organising classes for students of mixed abilities, aptitudes and educational needs
• Presenting lessons clearly, by using language appropriate to the age of the student
• Developing effective ways of overcoming barriers to learning
