Dear Students,
I love teaching and love to learn from you all. Online teaching through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or any LMS, to give a better understanding of the concept virtually. PPT, slide show and video sharing help understand the content with clarity.

I am more concerned about understanding the psyche of the student first and trying to teach them in the easiest possible way.
I keep myself connected with my students through interaction, text, or email, to find out the problems and then try to solve them individually. Always feel free to connect when you have any doubts, as it helps me to understand the real problem to work on it. This is the potential that gives a better bonding between the student and the teacher.
If Students are hesitant to connect then it is not their weakness but it is my failure to establish a real connection with them. Once that connection is there, the spontaneity of questions will be visible to me from my students and that will be the most rewarding performance for me. If student and teacher are comfortable, the process of teaching and learning will be more accomplished
Students are the prime concern of my teaching. The two-way process of imparting knowledge and gaining information are inseparable so are the students and teachers too. Inclusivity in the class ends discrimination and makes way for transparent knowledge sharing in a justified atmosphere. This is the need of the hour in every educational institute. I wish this objective of knowledge transfer should become attainable to all the teaching fraternity to make teaching and learning process more admiring and fun-loving.
