My lessons start with personal mood and issues that need sharing or addressing. We support each other as preparation for the lesson.
With the topic, we all make our own goals of what we want to learn and communicate how we want to learn it.
Then we go into the lesson, with mixed methods of games, puzzles, real life resources, role plays, and fun for maximum learning and retention.
We evaluate our achievements against our goals, after which we set tasks and goals for the next lesson.
I use modern pedagogical approaches in my lessons, keeping in mind the health and wellbeing of the learner and the instructor.
