My philosophy of teaching is student centric approach where I try to build self-confidence in my students. It is important to assure them that they have the necessary skills and are able to succeed on their own. In fact, every student has abilities to excel and teachers can polish the students by encouraging them to believe in their own abilities. While imparting confidence in their ability to think critically and communicate their knowledge is of extreme importance in my teaching.

In my teaching method, I use generic lesson plan, which includes the overview or pre- requisite knowledge of the lecture. In my lesson, I clearly mention the objective of the topic and possible learning outcomes of the lecture. During the lecture, I involve the students in the discussion and ask many questions about the topic in discussion which helps me to maintain the teacher student talking time ratio. At the end of each lecture, I must give some take home task to the student which helps them to rethink about the lecture.
