Approach to tutoring
My teaching strategy for students preparing for a specific exam, is to concentrate on exam technique and completing past exam papers. For younger children who are struggling in school or need to catch up, I take each subject back to basics and provide strategies for learning. My tuition is interactive and I use screen sharing and markup directly on the worksheets to show how to work problems out in a step by step format. It works extremely well and the feedback from the children/students is that this is most effective method in allowing them to learn quickly.
