Dr Leida Dos Santos

Hello there! I enjoy teaching and have over 25 years of experience in classroom teaching both in the UK and abroad. As an educator, I always seek different methodologies to engage the learner by designing simple animations that break down the learning process. I am passionate about teaching and learning and will go miles to make sure my students achieve their potential. I have extensive experience in teaching all sciences up to GCSE Level for the UK exam board,including AQA
Council for Curriculum and Examinations Assessment (CCEA) Pearson Edexcel, Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Exams (OCR). I have experience developing the science curriculum and writing schemes of work.I was also an academic mentor for ECF/PGCE students. I also promoted extracurricular activities across the whole school involving 200 members of staff and 1200 pupils.
Additionally, with over 30 years of research experience and over 18 publications both in peer review and non-peer-review journals, I can supervise research projects, essay writing, and thesis writing.
