My lessons are dynamic, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs. With a doctorate in Film and experience in curriculum development and teaching for the International Baccalaureate (IB), I bring both academic depth and real-world knowledge to each session.

My lessons focus on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of film. We start by identifying your goals - whether exploring film theory, scriptwriting, editing, directing or film analysis. For school-age students, particularly those in IB programs, I align lessons with the curriculum, emphasising analytical skills and creative exploration in film.

Lessons include a mix of discussions, visual materials (film clips, storyboards), and hands-on projects. For younger students, I make concepts engaging with relatable examples and creative exercises. For older students and adults, I deepen the discussion and focus on more advanced topics in filmmaking and cinematic history.

Having worked with students from diverse educational backgrounds, my approach is designed to inspire a passion for cinema while preparing students for academic success, particularly in film-related subjects.
