When I first start working with a student, it is important to assess ability by working through problems. There are two key aspects to bring success: (1) understanding the method, (2) practice makes perfect. My teaching approach ensures that these are both well met. With online one-to-one tuition (over zoom), a personalised google classroom page is set up for the student. Lesson notes are uploaded after each lesson along with homework. The students' homework is then to be uploaded and marks are recorded online. It is a fantastic way to keep all notes, homework and assessments in one place - and to record each student's performance and improvements.

121 tuition allows us to focus on the key topics areas the student is finding more difficult, whether this is understanding the essentials to keep up at school or pushing for an A*.
