Dr. Fatima Amuda

I've been teaching English since year 2006. I teach final year students at both junior and senior levels in the high school and tutor undergraduates presently as a part-time lecturer at the General Studies Division of a university. I use the interactive method of teaching, which facilitates learning. I have learnt from personal experiences that participatory classes aid assimilation and understanding. My classes enable the learners to apply knowledge learnt to practical experiences. I focus on specified areas of difficulty as presented by the students. I'm a patient and dedicated tutor, who ensures that my students get the best of their classes. I also edit and proofread academic and official materials. My aim is to contribute to the education sector in my capacity to build the confidence of learners in acquiring the English Language at all levels of learning.
