I have 20 years experience in teaching and supervising of learning. My teaching philosophy is based on the constructivism approach to teaching and learning. I use a leaner centered approach and students are given opportunity to construct their own learning experiences under the guidance of the teacher. The content is dynamic using videos, PowerPoint presentations and graphics to keep learners engaged and motivated.
