I've got graduate hours in history, geography, and business topics. I was a columnist for RePlay and GameRoom Magazines. I've owned businesses, worked for corporations large and small, and am currently a Realtor.

Most of my history background is in American and Military History, but have had formal courses from the Ancient World (primarily Greco-Roman) to the present.

In business topics, I'm much more comfortable with management topics than statistics or accounting, but I've slogged through Managerial Accounting and Business Statistics (analysis using Excel), so can help with basic issues related to most business topics.

My writing style was praised by my editors as conversational and panned by my thesis committee as breezy, so let the buyer beware.

Topics of interest to me: Soviet History, history of revolutions, causes of war (the start of the First World War being particularly fascinating), and topics in classical liberalism.

I'm familiar with real estate concepts and Texas-specific regulations. I have the Graduate Realtor Institute, At Home with Diversity, and Texas Realtors Leadership Program certifications in addition to holding a current Texas Real Estate License issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Additionally, I'm a member of Texas Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Abilene Association of Realtors.

I've repaired arcade games, pinball machines, Xerox copiers, and antique automobiles. I have formal training in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (commonly known as Stick Welding), blueprint reading, electronic schematic reading, Block Schematic Diagram reading, and a whole host of other things that I can't honestly remember at the moment.

My wife and I work with the South Texas Persian rescue and have fostered many a cat.
