Key achievements include managing a caseload of over 80 learners with more than 90% achieving Distinction in Level 6 and 7 apprenticeships.

My coaching sessions are all about the client. People feel heard and valued for their uniqueness and by walking side by side with them on their journey, I help them discover in themselves their true potential and the bespoke strategies to achieve it. I aim to make all my clients feel at ease, non-judged, relaxed and respected for whom they are.
