As a life coach, I believe that anyone can achieve almost anything - sometimes we just need help to find the key to unlock our potential.
Coaching is about helping you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Through active listening, powerful questioning, and reflection, coaching helps you explore your challenges and opportunities and develop your own solutions.
Typically we would do 4 to 6 sessions via video call (although this is flexible). Sessions are 60 minutes. I have a variety of simple tools that can help you get to the heart of the matter. During your life coaching sessions we will work together to set you goals and achieve them. I will never tell you what to do, but rather help you think about what you want, how you can achieve, and how you can stay on track to be the best version of yourself that you can be. Life coaching is an excellent way of thinking critically about yourself and your behaviours. It is also a great way of keeping yourself accountable and committed to your goals.
