I was a substitute teacher for five years back in Louisiana. I subbed from Kindergarten to High school. In this particular class it was anywhere from Reading to English. Basically whatever the teacher had planned I taught for that day. The students would work in groups or individual. Also I worked at a daycare helped the little ones to read as well. I’m getting my Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. I feel this way I am here to help the student to succeed in his or her life. I know if it wouldn’t have been for my teacher, I don’t know where I would be today. I would be there for that person that I am helping. I want to help those who need help, with whatever that may be. I love to read, reading can be difficult. Without reading , you do not know what you would be signing if you or an adult. Together we can do it Read, that is.
