I really like to work with each student allowing them to make suggestions where needed. I also like to set out standards so each student knows what is expected at each lesson and so we can get the best out of each of our lessons as possible, also not forgetting that failure is the key to sucess. And without failure there wouldn't be sucess.
I am passioante about getting the best out of each stuent, and that means I understand that sometimes things in life can get in the way of our sessions. I never want a student to go away from a lesson and to not understand what you have been taught, I will always make sure we have time at the end to go through any assignments for the next lesson and also ensure what I have taught is fully understood.
I like to make sure that all my lessons are completely compatible with each student, so that the motivation comes from them wanting to do the assignments. In the first few lessons I will gradually get to know each student, making it possible to progress within the students level but also with each students passions whether it be music or videos, Tik Tok, You Tube or a sport that they love , I will find something to help each student to self motivate themsleves.
I have a Masters Degree and a BA Hons where I gained a 2:1. I also hold a TEFL Level 5 Diploma and TEFL 70 Business Course.
