For my life coaching sessions, I will arrange an online video call for an hour. I will most likely ask you to to fill in a short information form before the initial session and short progress reports for follow-up sessions.
The sessions will involve me asking you strategic questions to establish what is important to you and to help you to plan weekly actions towards a larger vision. There are many topics that we can work on, my main focus is normally on stress and time management and healthy habits. However, the sessions are led by you and you get to choose goals and challenges that you want to work on. My sessions are a space and non-judgemental space and anything you tell me is confidential.
I may use some coaching tools to guide the session or to help you to think about things differently. I also provide some educational resources when needed or requested. Through coaching, I aim to help you to find balance, take care of your physical and mental health and to be more productive.
At the end of every session I will send you a summary of what was discussed and the agreed actions for the week. I offer support outside of the structured weekly sessions, such as progress check-ins, reminders and encouragement. I look forward to supporting you through this journey and well done for recognising the value of investing in yourself.
