In terms of content, a French course can cover a range of topics such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, writing, and conversation. Students may also explore French culture, history, and current events depending on the course level. And usually, since this will be done online, I will use a Google Slide, and most of the time, we will work on google meet for the classes.
Course dynamics may also vary, but many language courses emphasize student participation and engagement. Instructors may use activities such as pair and group work, role-playing, and games to encourage student interaction and communication.
In my experience during the teaching period, I was close to my students to try to understand their level of comprehension, doing evaluations after each chapter of the course to see if the student could assimilate the method precisely. After the assessment, I take the trouble to notice all the mistakes of the student and make the correction with him/her to make him/her understand the course and do his/her best for the continuation. I remember that teaching is a passion; you have to love it to be able to pass on what you teach to the next generation.
