I combine direct instruction with active learning and try to integrate technology to make learning easier and more fun. I inquire questions to my pupils to allow them to independently solve problems and to help them understand certain tasks. I stay flexible to continuously assess and adapt to my student’s needs. I like having student gave certain tasks hands-on, which improves their critical thinking and retention. Using guided questions to stimulate critical thinking and dialogue is another way of teaching which i use, it encourages students to analyse and articulate their ideas - using open-ended questions and follow up enquiries during discussion.
