I have worked as an Assitant Professor since last 3.5 years of experience in the field of civil Engineering college teaching all subjects of it.

Firstly I would see the potential of the student to grab the knowledge and then I deliver the lesson according to the demand and need of the student.
Secondly I can frame all the hard problems into easier way to solve it on time with giving more stress to mind. And the tricks are such that it will go with the flow. I also make sure that students don't get confused with different learning methods.

Basically I believe that easy language can make more easier for students to get the idea and the learning atmosphere will be attentive and creative. The sessions will be live and tricky.
The pattern of teaching will be same as they are taught in school but the difference will be just that they will get a creative tricks to remember the basic thing like formulas and theory, theorems and all the basic thing included in maths.
There will be at least one new thing learned from each class of maths and doubt solving sessions will also be considered. After each lesson test will be conducted for better results of the student and this will help them to get an idea about how hard work they have to do.
