I value having a growth mindset so I like to incorporate that in all of my teaching and value how important it is to promote a positive learning environment. My lessons include a lot of student-based / collaboration as it’s important children and valued and listened too. children should have opportunities leading their own learning with me as a facilitator. I encourage experimental and cooperation learning as it fosters creative and reflecting thinking which are crucial to a child’s development. I encourage different variety of discussions in my lessons as this allows me to engage children and understand their learning of topics. My lessons are very engaging, fun and relaxed
