I have a profound passion for Education and have been teaching for over nine years. The sense of gratification shared between both students and myself when we succeed together in achieving their goals is hugely rewarding. With a 100% exam pass rate for all my pupils to date, I truly believe my passion is contagious and evident in my student’s attainment. I continually strive to explore progressive pedagogical techniques to ensure my sessions are enjoyable, individually tailored and challenging, whilst encouraging pupils to become self-reliant, reflective and driven to succeed. My lessons are supported by a range of teaching strategies and I always begin with clear and measurable outcomes, so that pupils are aware of their own learning and have a clear trajectory throughout our time together and can easily track their progress and success, incentivising them to continue working hard and efficiently.

I find remote learning to be highly effective; utilising technology allows all sessions to be interactive and stimulating for my students. My teaching is individually tailored and personalised, which I feel is crucial for success. Fostering positive working relationships is something I take pride in, to ensure pupils are comfortable and supported in their learning. As well as working as a Private Tutor to international students from China, Spain, England and Northern Ireland, I have a rich wealth of experience teaching in both comprehensive and private schools. This has provided me with an understanding of how to accommodate the nuanced needs of a wide range of learners.
