I have known Dmytro since 1986 when we were both undergraduate students of applied mathematics; we continued to meet at various professional and social events worldwide up until we last met in London just before COVID. I am also aware of his current mathematical experience, Dmytro being a member of both the Edinburgh Mathematical Society and the London Mathematical Society. I have witnessed first-hand his wealth of knowledge and experience and his innovative and creative
techniques in instilling that knowledge with his students, while Dmytro being a Lecturer in the MSc Information Security and Digital Forensics module at the School of Architecture, Computing, Engineering of the University of East London. Dmytro is also an Associate Fellow of Advance HE and ASE Science Teacher. Furthermore, I believe he is committed to the wellbeing and education of his students. I find his teaching methods to be effective and inspiring to his students.
